Rated 4 out of 5 by Patrick Williams from Daily Driver of this Mop I have purchased at least five of these same mop's over a 8 year period if I am not mistaken. I purchased mine at Lowes. I use these on a daily basis as I have pets who provide a constant mess for me to clean up. Ive washed the mop heads periodically without issues. Possibly after a year or so the item seems to fail as far as the handle goes, usually it will rust where the mop attaches to the handle. In one instance the handle broke off about a foot from the top. Other than that and even in spite of that I am satisfied although I am going to exercise the warranty on the last one to see how it will work out attempting to get a replacement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by That Cleaning Lady from Poor quality plastic connector. NOT for heavy use I am a housekeeper, and I use a clean mop head for every house. I rotate 2 handles throughout my day. These mop handles FAIL in the same place every time: The cheap, flimsy, hollow piece of plastic that is enclosed in the end of the handle breaks after a few repeated uses. Another sad part of that is WHEN the plastic piece breaks- it ruins the mop head too with a hunk of plastic broken off in the twist end of the mop. I have had repeated contact with Quality Control, and Customer Service, advising them of the poor quality piece, yet I have "broken" 5 mops in 5 months. IF you buy this ratcheting mop, be aware that the plastic end on the mop handle is GOING to break, it just depends on how often you use it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cinderella from Quickie Let Down! I've always used Quickie. The first time I used this one, pieces of the material were coming off as I mopped with it. The head even detached from the handle a couple times. I spent just as much time putting it back together as I did actually mopping. I used it again for the second time last night. I had just finished scrubbing my grout and went to mop the whole floor and the mop head constantly came off. I was in mid-swipe and it literally flew off. I know I spent a good hour reattaching and hoping it had it on good enough to finish the job. For what ever reason, the button would no longer click in. It continued to come off so I finally just held it by the head and finished mopping the rest of the floor. Not happy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by mpg62152az from Poor Quality Control I've used these mops for years and they're generally fairly good. As another reviewer noted they tend to rust out so don't count on more than a couple of years if you use it often. I just bought a new one and it was assembled incorrectly at the factory the head was not put on properly and it's impossible to take it off to correct the error without destroying it. Now I'll have to take it back and make sure the new one is put together properly before I leave the store. Decent mop but they need to inspect the work before shipping.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mikeandpsych from Terrible redesign The microfiber is great but the ratcheting mechanism is terrible. Even when tightly wound the end of the mop stays sopping wet. Too much technology for what should be a simple mechanism. I hope the older design is still available or I'm done with the "Quicky" mop. With pleasure I'm throwing this one out after one use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by disgruntled from Twist mop head refills are a pain Twist mop head refills for different models are not interchangeable but there is no model number on the mop and the identifying info on the refill package is close to useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by unhappymopper from Poorly Made Just bought at Lowe's...put in water and the weight of the water pulled it right out of the plastic connecting piece. Reattached it and repeatedly came out, would not stay together. Common sense tells you the weight of the water will be too heavy to hold it in the cheap plastic it is suppose to stay attached to. Need to perfect that, otherwise you cannot use. The wringing part of the mop works good but useless if you can't keep the mophead on when dunking it in the pail.
